You keep track of your employees’ performances. Of course they want to hear from you whether they are performing well. This is possible, during the evaluation talk. Communicate clearly, listen actively, direct the conversation: The success of the evaluation interview depends on it.

- Evaluate objectively
- Explain the evaluation procedure
- Convey the message in a subtle way
- Motivate and reason
- Listen to the conversation partner and also understand the hidden message ('listen' between the lines)
- Determine and agree to objectives
- Conduct talks about the follow up of the objectives
Formula
- Training of 12 to 18 hrs (to be determined in function of level and needs)
- Individually or in small groups (max. 5 participants)
