What is the difference between registering and logging in?
To be able to log in, you must be registered to our site. During the registration, you enter some details. Afterwards you can log in, and look for vacancies, apply for a job, … with the details you have entered during the registration.
How safe is it to enter my details on My ElaN?
If you give us your details, you agree to the fact that they will be processed in the databanks of ElaN Languages. The personal information you entrust us will be kept safe and secure. We treat your details completely according to the Belgian statutory regulations, like the law of 8 December 1992 which safeguards your privacy. On no account shall we impart your details to third parties, unless you have explicitly given prior consent. What do I do if my username is taken?
If your username is the same as someone else’s, you’ll have to choose another one. Some examples are: tom.boonen, boonen.tom, tom.boonen1, boonen2008 , ...
I have forgotten my username. What do I do?
If you have forgotten your username, you can request it. You can do this on the login page of My ElaN. Click on forgotten password and give us your e-mail address. Your username and password will be sent to your e-mail address.

I want to change my password. How do I do that?
You can change your password on your personal page My ElaN. After you have logged in, you will see the button ';My profile'. Click on it and you will see a list of your details. You can change your login details there.
Which newsletters from ElaN Languages could I receive? How do I register for these?
Every month we send out a newsletter, eFlash. You can tick the box to receive the newsletter. You can only receive it, if you are registered. Registration is free.
