Q-for stands for quality
Q-for is a way of controlling the quality of the services in training institutes by means of a detailed questionnaire, telephone satisfaction survey among clients and a visit to the institute. The Expert Committee of the non-profit-making C.D.O. (Centrum voor Documentatie, Studie en Onderzoek over de Opleidingsinstituten – Centre for Documentation, Study and Research into Training Institutes) checks the methods used and the application of quality criteria.
… all of which is a long-winded way of saying that ElaN has qualified and earned the right to include this Q-for logo in all its material. After thorough audits in 2000, 2003 and 2006 ElaN was awarded top distinction for client satisfaction. And we intend to keep it that way.
Train the trainer
All new trainers joining ElaN have to complete this training programme as part of their initiation to the company. They learn all about the ElaN philosophy and the specific ElaN approach. The ins and outs of customised training packages. How to analyse the needs of course participants. How to define goals within the training programmes. Tips about stimulating group dynamics, etc.
And… ElaN trainers get regular opportunities to perfect their skills during their career with us.
